You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate and for making arrangements with the recipient. Docklands Flowers cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order for flower delivery in Docklands, please notify us as early as possible. For most orders, if cancellation or significant amendments are requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, we will aim to accommodate your request and issue a full refund where appropriate. For orders placed for same-day delivery, or where preparation or dispatch has already commenced, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a charge for incurred costs.

If, after investigation, we determine the flowers were supplied in a substandard condition or the order was incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement arrangement, partial refund, or full refund, as applicable. Remedies for issues relating to flowers beyond their normal freshness period (typically 5-7 days, depending on care) will not be available unless a defect in the flowers at the time of delivery can be shown.
